Client Problem: A defense contractor needed a strong executive to lead a major "must-win" program effort.

What We Did: After we helped our clients define their requirements, we researched their industry. We identified a strong candidate with very high customer credibility and successfully recruited him.

Result: Within three months, the candidate was asked to manage the entire product area. Nine months later he won the $140M program and was named Vice President of the business area. The business area continues to grow and now exceeds two billion dollars.

Client Problem: After winning a $20M contract in a new product line, our client needed to recruit a senior management staff that could grow the start-up business.

What We Did: We identified and recruited a highly regarded industry leader. We then recruited a staff of experienced management people with the skills to attract, train and manage talented engineers for a rapidly growing organization.

Result: The contract doubled in the first year and grew to over $150M within three years. The business area continues to grow and is now over $500M.

What We Did: We identified and recruited a strong General Manager whose career path was blocked with a competitor.

Result: Three months later our client was named Sector President and our candidate replaced him.
