Bob Montgomery - has more than forty years in operations, marketing, and human resources. Bob has had management and consulting experience with companies in aerospace, defense contracting, transportation, printing, environmental engineering, commercial banking and energy. He has recruited hundreds of qualified candidates since his first recruiting assignments with United Parcel Service in 1971. At UPS, he held various operations positions and was responsible for recruiting and training the first women drivers for the New Jersey area; several of whom progressed into management. At Singer-Link, he was responsible for developing business with the USAF and the U.S. Army's helicopter simulator market to include the Apache Combat Mission Simulator, Cobra, Blackhawk and Chinook flight simulators. He has MBA and BA degrees in Business (Economics) as well as a private pilot's license.  Upon graduation from college, Bob enlisted in the US Army as a private and cavalry scout.  He earned a commission through Infantry OCS and served as an Armored Cavalry Officer. Bob has held various DoD security clearances.

Jack Bills - has been an associate for over twenty eight years. An experienced executive recruiter, Jack has over fifty years of management and consulting experience in the aerospace industry. He was formerly Vice President of Industrial Relations for Loral Corporation and Corporate Director of Industrial Relations for Sanders Associates (Lockheed Sanders). He has more than 25 years of experience in retained search. Jack founded Business Organization Analysis, Inc. and has additional expertise in organizational development, business acquisitions and obtaining venture capital. Jack is responsible for the development and assessment of senior executive candidates. Jack served in U.S. Naval Intelligence in several operational capacities. He has held various DoD security clearances.

Stacey Gawronski of Stae Research Associates is an experienced researcher and administrator with a focus on detail and organization.  She is also a writer and editor, which benefits her correspondences with potential candidates.    Stacey maintains executive level scheduling, fields client concerns and inquiries, and performs education and background checks.  Stacey has B.A. degrees in English and Psychology and a M.A. in English.

Dawn Gill - of Sunrise Research Associates is an experienced market researcher with an expertise in telephone research and telephone surveys. She conducts industry and candidate research and initial candidate development. She has more than 25 years of experience in industry in both sales and sales management. She has started and successfully operated several businesses in addition to Sunrise Research.

Abbe Rosenthal - is the president of RAI, Inc. RAI specializes in Executive Search Services, Diversity Recruitment, Competitor Research and Organizational Audits. Abbe was previously President of ALW Research, LLC, a Vice President with Lauchaire Associates, and held research positions with both Gilbert Tweed Associates and Battalia Winston, LLC. She is an honored professional of the National Directory of Who’s Who in Executive and Professionals and Who’s Who of Entrepreneurs. Abbe conducts research, and identifies potential candidates within the target industry.

Ramona Valerius started Searchnet in 1990, with a collection of 5 very dedicated and talented researchers who specialize in conducting confidential name generation. Precision name generation makes candidate sourcing and development faster, easier and more cost-effective.   She has completed thousands of projects, spanning all industries, ranging from CEOs to individual contributors.  Ramona has a Bachelor’s in Economics from Texas A&M University and a Masters in Communications and Television Broadcasting from William Patterson University.  Prior to starting Searchnet, Ramona was an FDIC Bank Agent in New York City and after earning her Masters worked for Warner Bros Entertainment & The Walt Disney Company in Burbank, CA.

David P. Gdovin -is a Founding Partner and President of Diamond Visionics Company. He has a BSME and a Masters degree in Applied Mathematics & Computer Science, and is a graduate of the Department of Defense Systems Management College. Dave has over 35 years of experience managing highly technical aerospace functions. He has held senior positions in engineering, engineering management, program management, and was Vice President of Marketing for CAE Link. He holds three US Patents and is considered an expert in the field of Structural Design and Analysis, and Display Design and Interface. Dave conducts engineering assessments of candidates for positions that require a high degree of technical management expertise.
